The hours above are our general hours of business, however occassionally we can be flexible to accomodate your requirements. For example if you are experiencing muscle pains but can only get here after your working day, we may be able to stay open a little later for you.

Parking

Your will find some parking spaces on the main road approaching the shop.
And we also have some parking to the rear. Take the first left as you pass the shop.
